Top 5 Colour Collection products to try

Ever since I discovered Colour Collection last year, I've had the opportunity to try A LOT of the brand's products. Not gonna lie: some were fantastic hits while others were misses. I still stand by my opinion that Colour Collection is a dark horse in the world of makeup though! You get good quality products that are all less than P400 a pop.

It might be a little difficult to get hold of a Tupperware dealer, but when you do, you must grab these five things from the catalogue (if you haven't yet). You won't regret it. :)

Here I declare my undying love for the Color Collection Triple Effect Mascara. I've worn it consistently throughout the year and I even have backups just in case! I love it mainly because it looks natural. Some mascaras look super obvious, and I guess that is the point if you're looking for a dramatic look. But for everyday, I prefer something that looks natural while still giving me a lot of length and volume.

Several people have commented that I'm lucky that my lashes are naturally long - while I was wearing this mascara. They're always surprised when I tell them!

Colour Collection also makes some of the best, most affordable lipsticks out there. I do think that they are the closest local dupe for MAC lipsticks since they almost have the same consistency, lasting power, and vanilla scent. For P199, you get a pretty good deal.

Some of the most memorable CC lipsticks are: Colour Collection Moisture Intense Lipstick in Paradise Pink, Color Intense Lipsticks in Tea Rose and Angel Berry, and Mineral Lipstick in Plumberry and Satin Shell.

Paradise Pink

Tea Rose (dupe of MAC Pink Noveau)

Angel Berry

Plumberry

Satin Shell

Most local brands make crap eyeshadows, to be quite honest. I was expecting Colour Collection to go the same route but surprise, surprise - it didn't. This Mineral Eyeshadow Quad in Luminous Gems is an excellent palette of peachy coppers that has a well-milled texture and good pigmentation. I would still recommend a base to extend its lasting power though. These eyeshadows are close to the texture of Shu Uemura ones.

The Mineral Bush On Duo in Natural Blush is similar to NARS blushes in terms of pigmentation and lasting power. When you put it on, it pretty much stays there with only minimal fading until you take it off. Use a light hand though! These blushes are not as well-packed as I would like, meaning they are a bit powdery, but it's nothing a good tapping can't solve.

Last but not least, try the Colour Collection Gluta-White BB Cream. It's locally made, so it took Filipina skin and Philippine climate seriously. It's a super light tinted moisturizer slash makeup base that has SPF27 for extra protection. It also matches most Pinay skintones so you won't get that dreaded mask-like effect Korean BB creams usually give.

And that's it! Hope you found my list useful! Contact Tupperware now to find a dealer. If you're already a dealer, leave your contact information in the comments below so people know how to order from you!
