Anne Curtis enters her LifeWear era with Uniqlo's 2026 Fall/Winter Collection

Two Uniqlo events in one month? Don't mind if I do. Fresh from the Uniqlo 2026 Fall/Winter Lounge & Underwear Collection preview a couple of weeks back, I found myself at another Uniqlo gathering, this time for the 2026 Fall/Winter LifeWear Collection, which came with a special announcement I'll get to in a bit.

The collection's tagline sums it up nicely: "Timeless essentials, new for fall. Play with layers, style it all." The highlighted pieces ran across outerwear, sweaters and cardigans, and tops and bottoms., the usual versatile staples Uniqlo does best. Now, I know what you're thinking: we don't exactly have a fall season here. But if you've ever left the house in a jacket because of the rain, only to melt at noon and then freeze in a cinema after, you know that Philippine weather has its own temperamental moods. Strategic layering isn't just a fall thing. It's a survival skill here, and this collection gives you plenty to work with.

Two things stood out to me while going through the pieces. First, a lot of them make use of recycled materials like recycled polyester fabric and recycled nylon fiber. This is a welcome win for the environment, and proof that basics can be made more thoughtfully. Second, several items from the bottoms and sweaters categories are listed as unisex. As someone who loves an oversized fit, this is great news: it widens my size options, and it means my husband and I can quietly share a wardrobe. (He doesn't always know this. He will now.) Browsing the Uniqlo 2026 Fall/Winter LifeWear Collection, I spotted plenty of pieces that would slot right into my closet, which, I'll admit, already has a fair amount of Uniqlo in it.

Now, the announcement: Anne Curtis is Uniqlo Philippines' newest local celebrity partner. I'm always on the hunt for styling inspiration, and this pairing may just be it. Anne has always had a strong, distinct personal style, so I'm curious to see how that translates into her LifeWear era, which she describes as "uncomplicated, straightforward yet intentional and purposeful." Honestly, that's the energy I want for my own closet, too.

Anne is wearing Zip Up Short Jacket, JW Anderson Oxford Boxy Long Sleeve Shirt, Ribbed Henley Neck Long Sleeve Shirt

At the press event, Anne joined fellow celebrity partners Alexa Ilacad, Anthony Constantino, Emilio Daez, Kianna Dy, Matteo Guidicelli, and Solenn Heussaff, each showing off the collection in their own way. It was a nice reminder of how differently the same pieces can be styled. Solenn was the stand-out for me with her monochromatic look (there's something about one-color dressing that instantly reads as polished), while Kianna worked in a lot of the Loungewear pieces I previously tried, which was fun to see out in the wild.

As for shopping: I'm a try-before-you-buy person, so I'll always make a case for going in-store and feeling the fabrics yourself. But the collection is also up on the Uniqlo website and the Uniqlo app, which makes things oh so easy. If you already know your usual Uniqlo sizing, ordering online will save you time, energy, and a mall trip.

Check the store locator for your nearest Uniqlo branch, or refresh your account on the newly updated Uniqlo app. What are you layering with this rainy season, and are you as curious as I am to see Anne's LifeWear looks?
