Last week in Instagram: Busy bee, sneak peeks, Snapsmania

I've been a little out of it lately when it comes to blogging. I have so many products that I haven't even gotten around to using, invites I haven't fully read, that I have been feeling quite overwhelmed since 2013 started. On top of that the comments section is buzzing with so much useful information and requests! These are good things, I know, but it has become increasingly difficult to track and act on things.

Solution: better organization and time management. :) Anyway, here are photos from last week. One reason you should follow me on Instagram (hehe): I post mini-reviews/ first impressions of products I have received or currently reviewing. It's a quick way to find out what's new(ish) in beauty!

Got this last Saturday - Fuwari Hair Styling Mists (heat protectants), which are now out in Beauty Bar for only ~P400. It's popular in Japan and a Tricia Gosingtian favorite.

And another popular Japanese product - the Bifesta makeup remover. I think this was called Mandom before. It's available in the Philippines pala! It's just around P400 also and works exactly like the Bioderma solution.

I like a lot of liquid foundations, but the one I wear the most is Benefit Hello Flawless Oxygen Wow. It's just like tinted moisturizer with a lot more tint. Very comfortable and weightless.

The super cute Etude House Etoinette Set. I keep posting peeks of this but it was only recently when I photographed it in full. Gah! Sorry. I'll post my review this week.

First body serum ever, I believe. It's the Nivea Body UV Whitening Serum. Interesting no? I used it already and it's very watery. Smells citrusy.

I already posted the review of the Urban Decay Naked Basics Palette. Currently trying out the Bare Minerals foundation. One word: shiny. But very natural. Got these from Stuff in Style.

Veloci Watches are so neat! You get three straps in the set. Get one from L-Time Studio.

Currently trying out the Etude House Moistfull moisturizer. It's very similar to the Clinique Moisture Surge Intense. Heavy but nice on skin.

Swatch: MeMeMe lipstick in Berry Crush. It's a pretty purple that flashes blue frost. Not as tacky as you might think! Grabbed from Makeupholics.

Pinkbox bangle/bracelet. I always wear this, I'm too lazy to change up my accessories.

Sick last weekend but feeling fine now! That's Snaps as an insta-pillow.

Snaps in front of the fan

In High Street being so unruly!

Sleepy and bored

I love tea!

A personalized Project Vanity card from Karrots. <3 Love it. Do you want one? I'll write a note just because!

And that was my week. :) How was yours?

I'm really lemming for that EH Etoinette set! I just checked though, and they're more expensive than their usual items. Probably because it's limited edition. Oh well, maybe I'll go for a lipstick or the nail polish set.

Good for you! Overwhelming? Try overwhelmingly blessed!:-) Your week in Instagram I'd say equals to a year for me already, if I were to have it Instagram-ed too! Hehe.:-) Pathetic, noh? Oh, I love the bangles! And Snaps' sleepy and bored photo.:-)

@Maybelle: Maybe we can try the Fuwari Hair Styling Mist? You've been looking for a heat protectant, right?

wow, that's a lot of product! and as usual, etude has the cutest packaging when it comes to sets. Can't wait for your full feature on that and your review on Fuwari mists. Chai spice seems like a delicious blend for tea, hehe
As always, Snaps looks so adorable and maaan he's the most photogenic pompom that I've ever seen, hehe

Will definitely grab Bifesta next time I see a pcx store. I was so tempted to get one from digitaltraincase last time multiply had their discount frenzy, but they were out of stock! Turned out to be a good thing cos then I saw this! Thank you for finding a cheaper alternative Ms. Liz!

Nice post Liz! Good summary in photos + a Snaps bonus too. I've noted the Fuwari Hair Styling Mists and Bifesta. The latter caught my interest because you likened it to Bioderma, a makeup remover that's highly recommended by beauty enthusiasts.

@Yani : I thought of you and our exchanges in the forum when I was reading the description for Fuwari!! Buti na lang Liz posted this info, I'm definitely trying this out! Excited na ko!!! :-)) And affordable din so great great great!

Hi Ms. Liz! May I know your shade match for Benefit Hello Flawless Oxygen Wow? :D

Great photos! Did you use your iPhone to capture them? Looking at snaps makes me go "awww". He is so adorable! And I also love tea as much as coffee. What's your verdict for Chai Spice?

January 21, 2013 | Unregistered CommenterNina

Oh! I like that Etude House set! So girly. haha. I tried EH Moistful collagen (but not the "enriched version") so nice on the skin. It's nice that you did mention that it's similar to the moisture surge since Clinique is expensive. I wanted to try that Fuwarie heat protectant but I got my hair permed, so i don't need it now. If it was a hair spray for curly hair, I might have grabbed it by now. hehe.

I do not have an Instagram account, might as well make one to follow slash stalk people. haha.

Bifesta cleansing lotion is an AMAZING product! My friend who is studying in Japan introduced it to me. She swears by it! I requested her to buy for me the "Moist" variant but it was out of stock. She bought "Bright Up" instead. And when she arrived last month for Christmas vacay, I finally got hold of the baby. Oh dear! It was love at first swipe. Haha! It worked sooooo good! The first time I used it, I was so happy I re-applied my make-up (went a bit heavy on the eye color) just so I had an excuse to use Bifesta =) I am glad this is now available locally! I saw it yesterday at Watsons and it's only P419.00! (cheaper than what I paid my friend)
