Seoul White Korea gives you K-beauty bright skin in just two steps

Korean beauty is all the rage these days. From their 10-step skincare routine to the trending straight eyebrows, we sure get some beauty envy watching our favorite K-drama stars with their bright skin and natural glow! Fans like myself are hopping on the K-train to get closer to even skin tones and smoother complexions. Enter Seoul White Korea, a new brand that promises more even skin for Filipinos.

Seoul White Korea is a proudly Filipino brand that brings innovative K-beauty concepts into products that are specifically designed for the Filipina skin. They promote a quick beauty routine with two simple steps: using their Double White Whitening Soap followed by the Instant White Tone-up Whitening Milky Cream. And since K-beauty is known for trendsetting ingredients, Seoul White Korea uses a blend of Arbutin Bearberry (dubbed "the new kojic acid"), White Strawberry (rare and “known for its unique and magical ability to stay white even under the sun”), and Donkey Milk (the “white gold” with 4 times the vitamin C and more moisturizing properties than cow’s milk).

Endorsed by Korean actress Moon Ji-In from the hit K-drama Doctors (can you believe she’s 32?), the ingredients of the two Seoul White Korea products are straight from Korea, with the Tone-up Whitening Milky Cream exclusively produced in Korea. The Whitening Soap is locally produced but with its imported ingredients, Seoul White Korea has come up with a Korean quality product.

The Seoul White Korea Double White Whitening Soap comes in two sizes. It's available in a 60g bar (P49) and a 90g bar (P65) but they also come in double pack of 60g bars (P80), triple pack of 60g (P120), and triple pack of 90g bars (P159).

I have been using the soap for a week now and I love how it smells so fruity and fresh! I feel energized each time I step into the shower. It doesn’t give my skin that dry feeling, so I have been skipping lotion to save up on time. After a week’s worth of use, I feel like it’s still a bit early to see if my skin has lightened but I’m not really after the lightening part. I just want even, brighter skin.

The Seoul White Korea Instant White Tone-up Whitening Milky Cream (P299) is a new kind of moisturizer that brightens the face instantly and it is part of the "Tone Up" K-Beauty trend. This is often used for the face, though they also recommend using the cream on other areas like elbows and knees due to the long-term lightening effect aside from the instantly visible brightening effect. It’s also available in 3ml sachets (P15) for those who want to try first before committing to the full size.

Here is how the cream looks on my arms. It doesn’t whiten your skin in a weird way and I find the effect quite natural-looking, not really “whiter” but brighter and more even. The dullness caused by my natural yellow tone is lessened.

I also like using just the Tone-up Cream on my face when I’m in a hurry as it evens out my complexion and makes me look a bit more polished instantly. It wears well under makeup too as seen in this makeup look:

The Instant White Tone-up Whitening Milky Cream is also available in a pair of 3g sachets (P20) but if you’re a member of Sample Room, you get to try out these new products for free over at SampleRoom.ph. Just pay for shipping!
