Happy 70th birthday, Cetaphil!

Cetaphil is one of the first brands that come to mind when it comes to caring for sensitive skin, . It's no surprise that even dermatologists recommend it - the brand has a long history of producing reliable products, 70 years worth, in fact!

Aside from the original Gentle Skin Cleanser (P120/60 ml) that established it as a cult favorite for beauty girls, they've impressed us PV girls with the non-greasy and practically scentless Daylong Sunscreens (P660). We've even been pleasantly surprised at how effective the Gentle Skin Cleansing Cloths (P230 per pack of 25) are for taking off heavy makeup! I personally have been using the Gentle Cleansing Bar (P477) for a couple of years now because certain areas of my skin are particularly sensitive and it's the only cleanser that doesn't irritate me.

First developed in 1947 by a pharmacist in Texas, Cetaphil was originally just one product - the cleansing lotion that we continue to use and love today. Over the years, however, the brand has developed lines to address the needs of more specific skin types. The DermaControl line was created for oily, acne-prone skin and more recently, the brand released Restoraderm for eczema-prone skin. It doesn’t stop there, however. Cetaphil has also launched the Cetaphil Baby to extend its skin care solutions to the rest of the family.

The Baby line features Shampoo, Daily Lotion, and Massage Oil
