Beauty Roundup: EB Coquette Finally Gets Its Ladurée Day, Teviant's Setting Spray Duo, Colourette's Bake Base, and Saborino's Three-Minute Night Mask

This week is mostly about finishing touches. Ever Bilena's rained-out Ladurée takeover is back on the calendar for tomorrow, bows and all. Teviant is adding two setting sprays to the Ultimate Skin Master line so you can pick your finish before you lock it down. Colourette has a new loose powder that promises to hold your base for twelve hours in this humidity, which is a bold claim and I'd like to see it try. And Saborino, the brand that got us all doing skincare in 60 seconds, now wants three minutes of your night. Let's get into it.

Ever Bilena's Coquette takeover of Ladurée BGC is happening tomorrow, for real this time

If you had your bows ready for August 29 and then watched the sky open up, good news: Ever Bilena's EB Coquette pop-up at Ladurée BGC has been moved to tomorrow, September 12. Same pink, same macarons, better forecast (we hope). The collection itself, all 25 pieces of it, has been on counters since September 1, but this is the first chance to see the whole thing in one lace-trimmed room, and the activity list has grown a little since the original announcement.

Here's what's on the menu. The Bloom Bar by Petalier is back, so you can build your own bouquet to go with the lipstick. The Bedazzle Station lets you rhinestone and personalize whatever you buy (the Chiffon Blur Dip compact is asking for it). There's a Photobooth with a Parisian frame, a Coquette Comptoir where the full collection is laid out for swatching, and a Product Boutique for extra pieces and freebies from EB's partners. For the collection itself, expect the Rococo Lipstick at P345, and the Le Petit Palette, Chiffon Blur Dip, Bisou Juicy Tint, and Soirée Liquid Blush at P395each.

Entry for the original date was through pre-ordering the EB Bisou Juicy Tint Ladurée Set on Ever Bilena's TikTok Shop, with limited slots. If you missed out, the collection is on TikTok Shop and at EB counters nationwide, minus the macarons.

Teviant is giving you two ways to finish your face before you lock it

Teviant has spent the past couple of years building out The Ultimate Skin Master collection (the loose powder and the Luminous Radiant Primer are already cult items in that line), and on September 16 it adds two setting sprays that sit right before the existing Lock & Grip Fixing Spray in your routine. The idea is a three-step finish: choose your look with one of the new sprays, then seal it with Lock & Grip when you need it to survive a wedding or a commute.

The Ultimate Skin Master Hydra Glow Setting Spray is the dewy one: a lightweight mist with sodium hyaluronate, niacinamide, and aloe extract that hydrates and sets while keeping excess oil in check, so the glow stays on the right side of greasy. The Ultimate Skin Master Flawless Matte Setting Spray uses the same three ingredients in a breathable formula built to fight melting, fading, and creasing, and to control shine without the tight, dried-out feeling that matte sprays are known for. Both are meant to do more than set. Teviant is pitching them as prime, melt, set, refresh, and revive products, which is brand-speak for "spray it whenever your face needs a reset." Colourette's Bake Base wants to blur you for 12 hours

Colourette already has a setting powder people like (Third Base, the invisible one), so Bake Base has to justify itself, and it's doing that with a hydrophobic, water-repellent formula. Translation: the powder is engineered to shrug off sweat and humidity rather than absorb it and cake, which is the actual problem with most loose powders in Manila by 2pm. Colourette is claiming a soft-focus, hyper-blurring finish and up to 12 hours of oil control from something ultra-fine and lightweight. It's also talc-free, non-comedogenic, and dermatologically tested.

There are three shades, and this is where it gets useful. Pink brightens and lifts, best for fair to medium skin tones. Yellow warms and sets, for medium to deep. Invisible does what it says and sets without shifting your base color, for anyone. A tinted loose powder is a bit of a lost art at this price point locally, so the Pink and Yellow options are the ones I'm curious about. Saborino's new night mask asks for three minutes and a lot of peptides

Saborino made its name on the morning mask that does your entire skincare routine in the time it takes the kettle to boil, and the night version has been around for a while too. The new Mega Shot Night Shiratama Beauty Tightening Maskis the more ambitious sibling. It's powered by what Saborino calls a PDRN Duo plus ten peptides, in a three-minute, all-in-one night sheet mask that is meant to hydrate, brighten, tighten, and refine the look of pores, then keep working while you sleep. The pitch is dry, dull, loose-looking skin and visible pores; the promise is waking up smoother, firmer, and brighter.

PDRN is the salmon-DNA-derived ingredient that has been everywhere in K-beauty this year, so it's interesting to see a J-beauty drugstore brand fold it into a sheet mask at this price. "Shiratama" refers to the white-pearl brightening angle the Night line already had; the Tightening version layers the firming story on top. It's P525 for a 7-sheet pack through Beautybox Corp, Saborino's local distributor, with the regular Night Shiratama mask also sold at Rustan's and Look at Me in 7- and 30-sheet sizes if you want the non-tightening version.
