Beauty Roundup: Colourette Blur Base Powder, Issy Crème Cheek Stick, Ever Bilena 24H Brow Liner, and Spotlight Faux Lash Mascara

This week’s new local releases make the perfect additions to any travel beauty kit, and will help get you ready in a jiffy! Colourette releases a one-and-done base: the Blur Base Everyday Powder Foundation SPF 15. An on-the-go kikay kit isn’t complete without a multitasking stick for eyes, lips, and cheeks; and that’s just what Issy has been brewing up with their soon-to-be-released Crème Cheek Stick. Ever Bilena has a new must-have for brows that last: the 24H Brow Liner. Last but definitely not the least, you can leave your falsies at home with Spotlight’s new Faux Lash Mascara. Read on to see which ones would make worthy additions to your on-the-go makeup kit.

Colourette Blur Base Everyday Powder Foundation SPF 15

Once the dependable hero in any makeup routine, the powder foundation has taken a step back to make room for liquid foundations, skin tints, and BB creams. Colourette is here to remind us that hey, powder foundations were once a staple for good reason! Meet the Colourette Blur Base Everyday Powder Foundation SPF 15 (P599), a blurring powder pact that gives buildable medium to full coverage. Maximize coverage and get a smooth matte finish with the included velour puff applicator. Get all-day oil control thanks to Kaolin, Silicone Spheres, and Silica Powder in the formula. It also has skin-caring ingredients to hydrate and even improve skin over time: Hyaluronic Acid, Niacinamide, Azelaic Acid, and White Birch Extract.

Colourette Blur Base is available in twelve (12) inclusive shades: Bonbon (fair cool), Mati (fair neutral), Lazi (light cool), Donsol (light neutral), Siargao (light medium cool), La Union (light medium neutral), Coron (light medium olive), Puerto (medium neutral), Laiya (medium warm), Anda (medium tan cool), Mayon (medium tan neutral), and Anilao (medium tan warm).

If you already know your Colourette First Base shade, then getting your Blur Base match is easy-peasy. Simply refer to the chart above to find your shade. Colourette Blur Base Everyday Powder Foundation is available now, online and in-store.

Issy Crème Cheek Sticks

Here’s another local release to watch out for. Issy has been teasing a “cheeky” release very soon. We may not know all the details, but we do know that they look irresistibly adorable! The Issy Crème Cheek Sticks are multi-use sticks for on-the-go looks and touchups.

From the hints on Issy social media accounts, it looks like there will be four types: Crème Flush Stick (blush), Crème Heat Stick (bronzer), Crème Shadow Stick (contour), and Crème Glass Stick (highlight). We don’t know for sure how many shades will be available, but I do know I want to catch ‘em all!

The Issy Crème Cheek Sticks will be available starting August 28th. The online launch will happen exclusively on TikTok! It will be available at the Atomic World (@atomicworldd) Pop-up Store and at the Watsons BeautyCon 2025 (August 28-31, SMX Convention Center).

Ever Bilena 24H Brow Liner

Nothing makes quick work of a polished brow look like a dependable brow liner. Step up your brow game with the EB 24H Brow Liner (P275). The slanted precision tip is designed for easy outlining, filling, and shaping. The convenient spoolie on the other end blends seamlessly for natural transitions.

Promising sweat-proof, smudge-proof wear for up to 25 hours, the 24H Brow Liner is definitely made for those on the go. It also cares for the skin and brows with Vitamin E in its formula.

Choose from five (5) available shades: Brownie, Hojicha, Taupe, Hot Choco and Black Sesame. The 24H Brow Liner is now available in-store and online wherever Ever Bilena is available.

Spotlight Faux Lash Mascara

If you’ve been looking for a mascara that can give the same look as falsies, look no further. The new Spotlight Faux Lash Mascara (P595, 10g) gives dramatic length and volume with its hourglass applicator. Formulated with Castor Oil, it will even help your lashes grow thicker and longer naturally over time with regular use.

The best part: it’s beginner-friendly. No need to fuss with video tutorials, applicator tools, and glue to get your lashes on. Curious yet? Give it a try. Add it to cart via Shopee, Lazada, or Tiktok.

And that’s it for this week’s beauty news roundup! What did I tell you? These new local launches would totally make great additions to your travel kikay kit. Which ones are you eyeing? See you on the next edition!
