Unboxing: Kawaii Must-Haves Exclusive BDJ Box

The first BDJ Box of the year is a collaboration with Mandom's beauty brands: Bifesta, Lucido L, Pixy, and Sunkiller. I am soooo happy with this one because I got some items I love having back ups of! I'm also pleased to say that there's a little something extra inside there that I worked on last year.

I'm talking about the Kawaii mini magazine included in the box. It has a few articles I've written, tutorials I've photographed with my favorite photographer (Fritz Tentativa) and makeup artist (Kim Rodriguez) to work with, and coverage on the two huge events I did in 2014 (Pixy and Heroine Make). It's pretty awesome! It's such an honour to have worked so closely with Mandom and their wonder woman, Olaiza Sunga.

So cute the magazine no? Its layout is reminiscent of Japanese magazines! You can get it for free whenever you purchase select Pixy and Heroine Make items in Watsons. Would love to know what you think when you get your hands on it. ^_^

Moving forward, here's the unboxing of yet another generous loot from BDJ. As usual, you get the product brochure, a welcome note, and cute stickers to brighten up your day.

The box is packed to the brim. I like that the powder products were covered by bubble wrap for extra protection.

You get the following full-sized items inside:

Bifesta Cleansing Lotion Bright Up (P419/300ml). This is my daily makeup remover because it's affordable and does the job efficiently. I always have a bottle of this in my counter so I'm really glad to have an extra!

Lucido L Styling Milk Curl / Treatment Oil Perm (both P295/50ml). Always appreciate hair styling products for when I feel like dressing up my locks.

Pixy Eye Shadow (P315). I got the light pink and purple combo, perfect for sweet, romantic eyes. *cough*Valentine's Day*cough. I think this is my third or fourth time to receive this haha, probably giving it to a friend of mine.

Pixy Blush On (P345). Carnation is the shade I got, which I like for fresh-looking cheeks. It's a sheer, build able coral.

Pixy Two-Way Cake Fit (P275). Blogged about the Perfect Matte one and it's pretty good given the price! Perfect fit is similar to that formula, except it's formulated with dry skin in mind.

Pixy Coverlast (P325). You know, I haven't used this particular Pixy foundie yet. It's intriguing as it promises coverage + staying power. Will try it one of these days!

Sun Killer Super Lasting Base SPF50 PA++++ (P495). This is supposed to be a primer and SPF product in one with a blendable beige tint. It also has hyaluronic acid and collagen to pump up and hydrate skin. Sounds good, no? Will remember to try this too.

I think a good subscription box should have staples that you just can't live without and new products to explore and be adventurous with. This Kawaii BDJ Box has a good mix of both. ^_^ Two thumbs up! Did you get this box too?
