IN2IT Moisture Intense Lipstick in Pink Alarm

One time, while I was browsing the IN2IT lipstick display, the sales lady told me "Ma'am, you should try this shade, it's what models ask for!" It doesn't really take much to impress me so off I went with this hot pink number. Is it any good? Well duh, it's IN2IT! This brand never fails to come up with great products that won't hurt the wallet.

The IN2IT Moisture Intense Lipstick in Pink Alarm (P375) is a bright, blue-based hot pink lipstick. It's one of those quietly popular things that are always sold out! I can see why, for other than the eye-catching color, the lipstick itself has no smell, no taste, and no overly-thick feel characteristic of drugstore lipsticks. Maybe that's why it's a bit more expensive than average.

The tube is  silver with some curly print. I like that it has a little heft and a satisfying, snug click to it. Again, not something you'd usually find in drugstore lippies.

Pink Alarm is a loud, blue-based pink that should flatter most skintones. I've read that it's similar to NARS Schiap, but I don't have that lippie for comparison at the moment.

Tip: Wear hot pink lipsticks with a copper or gold eyeliner! I'm using a P150 eyeliner here from Essence called Bling Bling. They make a pretty combination, I find. Just thicken up your lashes to frame your eyes as if you're wearing black eyeliner too.

The Moisture Intense Lipstick formula isn't really very moisturizing, nor is it drying. Wear a lick of lip balm first - not too much, to benefit from the staying power of this color. It's quite opaque and it stains well so expect it to be on your lips for a good four hours, as long as you don't eat! Drinking is fine.

What don't I like about this, hm. The color fades from the center when you eat. It looks awkward so check before leaving your seat.

Overall, the IN2IT Moisture Intense Lipstick in Pink Alarm is a good buy. It has great pigmentation, staying power, and packaging for a drugstore lipstick. Once again, IN2IT exceeds expectations! I would definitely check out the other shades from this line next time. ^_^

Soooo do you have this lipstick already? Is this something you'd buy?

The shade is really pretty & I love your makeup. Thanks for the makeup tip as well! :)

Wow you really promote IN2IT here ah. I used to skip their stall at Dept. Stores because I thought they're just another not-so-good brand but now you're convincing me to try their stuff especially the oil control foundation. But this sure is a great buy since the pigmentation is good. But P375 would be quite high nga compared to normal prices. But will surely swatch this when I get there. Or maybe pick another shade, because blue toned pinks doesn't really suit me BUT it suits you very well here. You really know how to carry this kind of color. Jealous. Hee hee.

Not a shade I would pick out for myself... maybe if it had a less shiny finish. But I have been looking at IN2IT more often lately. They have an impressive range!

Yes! I would buy this! I'd love to add this to my pink lipstick collection. I am more of a pink girl, because there are times I feel awkward to wear red lipstick.

I have an IN2IT moisture lipstick in the shade of Tawny. I totally agree that Their lipsticks are great. Will be back pa nga for other shades. :) You look good in that shade.

Awesome color! Thanks for the recommendation. It reminds me of Snoe's Mauve Movement, kinda. I always shy away from approaching the In2It counter at Trinoma as it's always crowded! That's also a great eyeliner, but I'm not sure if I can pull it off haha.

This is such a steal Liz. I never though you are using kahit di high end, it looks good on you. Thanks for the tip, I'l be adapting that way.:)

Wait, we are now two Maries here? :( That's confusing... I'm not the Marie who promoted her website. :) Should i or she choose another name to use here, Liz? Anyway this looks good on you! I will check this lipstick line out. So far, your in2it product recommendations never failed me! Some became my HGs pa. Thank you for featuring affordable drugstore brands. God bless! :)

Hello Marie, i'm Marie as well. Now it's confusing na. Hope we can do something about it. :) God bless!

I've never tried this brand before but after reading this post, I might pay more attention to their stalls!

Hi Liz :) This looks great on you! I've been thinking about getting this since it's so pigmented and I find the formula moisturizing, but I think this particular shade of bright pink is not my color. I personally love the Peachy shade, it's a beautiful shade of coral. I suggest you try that, I bet it would look awesome on you. It's an almost dupe of my Givenchy Le Rouge in 303, but I even prefer the formula (and of course, the price) of the In2it over the Givenchy.

Oh sorry! Didn't mean to confuse anybody. Thanks!

Not my shade of pink but will look forward to other colors! It affordable at 375. Others cost 400+. The make up artist at our university frequently uses this brand. I guess it must be really good.

When I was at Watsons last week, the sales assistant also told me to buy that lipstick. :) It's not my color, though, so I didn't, and I don't have the budget as of this time. But now, I'm considering na hehe! Siguro next time. It's good to try different shades, even the ones you originally thought won't look good on you. It wouldn't hurt to try. Because of this blog, I've decided to go out of my comfort zone and try experimenting more. :)

Coincidentally, my first name is also "Marie" and was going to use that in commenting here a few weeks back when I started reading Ms. Liz's blog, when I noticed there's a Marie na haha! :D So I just used my nickname. Hi Pretties Marie and Marie! :)

I love In2it! one of the drugstore brands I can rely on with its quality :) I agree laging sold out ang Pink Alarm! hot pinks are quite intimidating but they look good on photos. I have several hot pink lippies na so I opted to buy Flamingo instead, it a peachy-pink shade :)

Hi Ging! Actually, Marie is my second name. I was about to use the name i'm known for which is Apple (my nickname) but there's someone here whose name is 'Apple So'.. Para hindi nakaka-confuse i used my second name na lang. My first real name naman is too long. Dami pala nating Marie here! Hello Maries! God bless! =)

I learned of the brand IN2IT from my mom, she always always has a pile of eyebrow pencils from them. In2it is a really good drugstore brand

Nice shade of pink! Philippine brand ba yang IN2IT Cosmetics?

By the way, I think halos lahat ng lipsticks, drugstore or luxury brands man, nag-ta-transfer sa kutsara at baso natin pag tayo'y kumakain. Try mo yung MAC Girl About Town, Miss Liz!

That looks nice on you! I usually dislike blue-based lipsticks, but our skin tones seem to be about the same, so maybe this would suit me too.

I blot my lipstick before and while eating so that it wouldn't look silly afterwards with the center all faded. I've never met a lipstick that stayed put (and I mean really stayed put) throughout a meal. Even hard-to-remove lip colors fade a bit.

I have In2It's Flame and Juice - my favorites!

Looks great on you! I actually swatched this once when I was on a hot pink obssession. I googled "dupes for schiap" and this showed up. I was skeptical though when I swatched because its uber bright. Something I think I couldn't handle ;)

What a cute color! I've had this budding obsession with lipsticks lately, thanks to this blog, and the fact that they're such an easy way and quick way to look more polished, hehe. Though I like Pink Alarm, I still have a pink lipstick which I adore (not as bright though), so I'll wait til I finish that one.. Or until my self-control runs out :))

and yes I agree with everyone else, in2it is such a great brand :p
