The Longest-Wearing Brow Pencil I’ve Tried: Ever Bilena 24H Brow Liner Review

I’m not going to mince words: the Ever Bilena 24H Brow Liner (P275 / 0.14 g) is hands down one of the longest-wearing eyebrow pencils I’ve used in recent years. It claims to last 24 hours without retouching, though honestly, who wears makeup for that long? Even for a beauty junkie like me, that’s a stretch. But I have worn it to the gym and during tennis, and it truly stays put through sweat and movement.

What makes this pencil stand out is its texture. It doesn’t feel like your usual waxy or powdery brow product, and definitely not like a graphite pencil either. It’s almost like someone took a pot of brow gel and turned it into a creamy, retractable stick. Because of that, it glides on super smooth. So smooth, in fact, that you’ll want to twist out just a tiny bit at a time. A little goes a long way, especially for precision shading.

That creamy-gel texture does take a bit of getting used to. It can apply a little patchy at first, but don’t panic! Just fill in the areas you need, then blend it out with the spoolie on the other end. It buffs out beautifully and helps define your brow shape. Bonus: it holds brow hairs in place too, almost like a built-in brow wax. Just remember to use a light hand, as it’s quite pigmented and can come off strong if you go overboard.

The pencil comes in five wearable shades: Taupe, Black Sesame, Hojicha, Hot Choco, and Brownie. There’s something here for everyone. Black Sesame is great if you have jet black hair, while Hot Choco flatters reddish tones. I personally reach for Taupe the most. It’s soft and subtle, perfect for my low-contrast brown-black hair.

Once it sets, it really doesn’t budge. The longest I’ve worn it was a full eight-hour day, and I didn’t need to retouch at all. Another solid find from Ever Bilena! It’s affordable, practical, and it just works.
