I Got a Bucket-full of Sunshine!

Who says hoarding is a bad thing? Maybelline Philippines certainly doesn’t think so. The Maybelline Philippines Big Beauty Blowout is an event you don’t want to miss this weekend! From October 13-15 at the SM Megamall Mega Atrium, Maybelline will have a booth serving up our idea of a bucket challenge. Use their Mini Bucket (P499) or Regular Bucket (P999) to load up on as many Maybelline products as you can fit. A mini bucket can have products worth up to P1,500 while the regular bucket can fill up to P3,000 worth of products! Imagine how much money you can save? It’s ridiculously awesome! Read up on the full mechanics of the blowout here.

Easy, Breezy and Beautiful Revamp

As catchy as their famous tag line was, even a big brand like Cover Girl knows that it has to keep up with the changing times. Despite their “easy, breezy, beautiful” catchphrase being the brand's memorable tagline for the past 60 years, Cover Girl has decided to undergo a total revamp! From their celebrity ambassadors down to their formulas and packaging, the drugstore brand is now pushing “I Am What I Make Up.”

With new faces like Ayesha Curry, Massy Arias, Shelina Moreda, Maye Musk and Issa Rae, the brand hopes to better represent different women in different fields, doing what they love, and empowering others to do the same. Kitty Cats needn’t fret because Katy Perry is still part of the fam as well. The movement is all about celebrating women, and allowing them to be their true selves, without anything or anyone dictating what is beautiful. What do you think of Cover Girl’s new look?

Freaky (Fenty) Friday!

Remember when the Internet (and basically the whole world) freaked out about Rihanna’s makeup line Fenty Beauty? Well, after its successful launch into the beauty world, the makeup brand is now making waves with its dreamy Galaxy Collection that’s coming just in time for the holidays... and it's already available at Sephora PH

Although there’s nothing spooky or freaky about it, the collection does include some amazing products that people (who received them earlier than the release date) have been raving about. From the 14-shade eyeshadow palette to three color-changing eyeliners, the four lipsticks and four glitter glosses, the only thing getting slimmer these festive -ber months is our wallets. Packaged in holographic goodness, the collection will even have an eyeshadow brush! Lip product prices start at P1,100 while the eyeshadow palette will set you back a hefty P3,160 (but it’s Rihanna so...) Click on to Sephora if you dare!
