A hop in the right direction

Talk about the purrfect Christmas gift! Keeping their word, cosmetics giant Avon has just announced that they have officially stopped conducting the regulatory-required cosmetics animal testing in every country, including China. The company will work closely with its supplier to ensure that no ingredients will be tested on animals, and that they will find new ways of testing to ensure that they are 100% cruelty-free! Let’s hope that this is a wake up call for more brands and companies to start being more proactive about ending animal testing. Great job, Avon!
