Selsun Blue hasn’t left my bathroom since I first discovered it over a year ago. I know, I was so late to the game, but I’m just happy that dandruff is no longer a problem for me! I make sure to keep backups so that I never run out in the middle of a shower. I only need to use it twice a week (it’s a treatment shampoo) and that’s enough to keep the flakes and itchiness away.

I’ve been suffering from dandruff since my early 20s. I’ve written here a few times about how I always rotate anti-dandruff shampoo in my hair care routine because without it, my scalp would turn into a flaky, itchy mess!
