Beauty Roundup: Red lipsticks from blk cosmetics, Deoproce’s new skincare collection and face, and what’s next from r.e.m. beauty!
Happy New Year, PV Community! It’s 2023 and my, I am so excited for what beauty has in store - quite literally, too - for us this year! Before we dive into the first beauty roundup this year, any beauty resolutions? Mine’s simple - to wear makeup more! I should probably challenge myself to wear makeup every single day - similar to what fellow writer Abiele Bernardo did last year!

Red-y for the new year
There are new lipsticks on the market thanks to blk cosmetics! The brand recently dropped four reds in their signature Hydrating Lipstick (P349) formula. The reds are universally flattering shades - Red Lantern (berry red), Rosewood (peachy red), Cabernet (brick red) and Terracotta (burnt red) - that can also be used on the cheeks and lids. The lipsticks are also bundled in a set for just P999!

The big reveals
Two major things from Deoproce: their Skin Reveal collection and their newest face Liza Soberano, who is also the first local face of the Korean skincare brand! Powered with green caviar and pomegranate, the Skin Reveal collection includes a Cleansing Foam (P690), Toner (P890), Ampoule (P1,490), and Moisturizer (P1,490). By the way, I’m currently testing this collection and I’ll be writing about my experience here soon!

Thank u, next
Ah, I’m so excited! Ariana Grande’s r.e.m. beauty releasing a limited edition collection called thank u, next! The collection features a new Midnight Shadows palette, jeweled Dream Lashes, the At the Borderline Eyeliner Marker, and a jumbo-sized version of the Utmost Importance Gloss! It’ll be launching this coming January 18th, so stay tuned! Which product are you excited for the most? Mine’s the eyeshadow palette!
