Belt it out

I was at Forever 21 in SM Makati yesterday when I spotted their selection of belts. I don't remember paying attention to the brand's belts before - big mistake! They have really good ones. Some are run-of-the-mill, but there are a couple of gems that I bought for myself.

Both belts are P385. The dusty rose one is for my girly outfits, while the khaki/neon is for something edgier. I don't know. We'll see what I come up with!

The ornate rose buckle really caught my eye

I've seen a belt like this from some designer somewhere and I love how it was styled with structured shift dresses and voluminous tops.

And that's it! So happy about these new finds. <3 How about you, where do you buy belts?

Wow Ms.Liz, this is such a great find! Those belts are so lovely! I agree, the dusty rose is perfect for girly outfits like dresses, while the other one is for classic look. Ako once in a blue moon lang kung bumili ng belt, tapos naka sale pa,I usually buy at department store lang . hehe :)

I agree, great finds! The last two belts I got are both woven--one in brown, another in black. My taste in belts aren't so adventurous, I know. HAHA I usually look at the belts in Mango and F21 :D

I'm not really a fan of belts. Actually, I only have one belt. It's a red belt I got from SM Dept Store. You got some pretty belts. It really makes me feel that I'm missing out. :))

I hoarded a lot of belts from Forever 21 when I was still living in Korea because they were so cheap there! (Usually around Php200 a piece) Unfortunately, they weren't the types that would last long :( They'd get broken easily if used too much :( I'd still buy belts from Forever 21 but only the trendy types that I know would fade a season or two later just so I wouldn't feel bad if they get broken. As for the classic types, I prefer real leather like Bally :)

I get my belts from my mom. Haha! She has cloth ones, leather ones, and a few faux leather ones. They're all in neutral colors so they would be great with a wide selection of outfits. I'm not much into belts myself.

The Rose Buckle looks really vintage but it rocks! Great find, Liz! :)

Belts for me are the most difficult thing to find in a shop or maybe because I just don't know how to style up my outfit with belts. Liz, can you please create a post that matches the types of belts that would fit a certain piece of clothing say dress or tunic top. I would really need advice on this matter :)
