Wet n Wild in the Philippines

Wet n Wild is now in Beauty by SM! I read the news in Phoebe's post. I admit, I was a bit lukewarm to the brand - I thought it was just another so-so drugstore business. But hey, never say never! When I got the chance to drop by SM Makati, I immediately honed in to the Wet n Wild stall.

I swatched almost everything they had, except the foundations. First impression? They're good! The eyeshadows, pencils, and lipsticks were very pigmented. I love the prices too since there was nothing above P500. The basic frosty lipsticks were only P99, while the ones with "special functions" were at P300. Quartet eyeshadow palettes were P300 while the six-color Icon palettes were P500.

Eye and brow pencils were only P99 to P300, foundations from P300 to P500. Overall, I liked what I saw, and for the price the products were unexpectedly good.

In fact, a couple of them stood out so much that I just HAD to buy them:

I used both products yesterday and so far so good! Both of them are pigmented and decently long-lasting. I'll post my full review soon. In the meantime, visit Wet n Wild in SM Makati if you're looking for cheap but nice drugstore finds!
