The Make Up For Ever AquaXL promises to be your new fave eye pencil

Are you worried about your eyeliner smudging and fading as you go through your day? Or has an unexpected drizzle ever caught you unaware and turned your cat eye into a complete mess? Well, do we have something for you. Make Up For Ever has officially launched their reformulated AquaXL Eye Pencil (P1,250) in the Philippines! They are waterproof, smudge-proof, and come in 20 colors from must-have neutrals to those bold lively brights.

To show us that the makeup is “stage-proof”, MUFE partnered with pop hit maker Charli XCX. That's why the AquaXL launch was music festival-themed and it was fun, fun, fun! There were dancing, flower crown stations, liner tattoo stations, and snack booths for everyone to enjoy.

The event showcased the Eye Pencils in this gorgeous display box signed by Charli XCX.

We love how intense the shades are and that there are so many colors to choose from!

The makeup demo was followed by a performance by Adlib Dancers. The performers all used the Aqua XL Eye Pencils and proved that the liners are indeed perfect for the spotlight. Even with the sweat and stress of executing their choreography and perfecting every step, the liners stayed put and true.

Here’s a shot of the MUFE AquaXL Eye Pencils in action. They never faded from my arm, even after hours of wear in the midst of humidity and rain. No amount of rubbing disturbed them either, and only came off with a waterproof eye makeup remover.

We love how you can be sure to find your liner of choice in the MUFE AquaXL range, and these ladies are set to put them to a test. Full reviews coming up soon!

The beauty girls were in full force at the event: Tara, Liz, Nicole, Angela, Jackie, Nikki, and Marj all love MUFE <3

The Make Up For Ever Aqua XL Eye Pencils will soon be available in stores for P1,250 each. We definitely recommend getting your basic black or brown, then throwing in a more fun color for a truly eye-catching look.

What's your fave eyeliner color? Are you all about neutrals or do you like to play with brights?
