She’s a glow getter

Get ready for some major glow because Benefit Cosmetics has just announced that they’re adding a couple of deliciously splendid highlighters to their line - Cookie and Tickle! With the same formulation as the beloved Dandelion Twinkle, both powders have a light, silky finish that gives a “glow from within” look minus the cakey feel. Cookie is a champagne highlighter with tiny flecks of glimmer (no glitter chunks here!) while Tickle is more of a light pink, rose gold shimmer that would look gorgeous on darker skin tones. Set to launch on August 23, we’re ready to glimmer and shimmer our way through ghost month! Shop Benefit on Sephora PH here.

Proceeds will be going to UNICEF and their efforts to protect and support children in greatest need. Unilever also works with the LGBT Chamber of Commerce which is composed of and supports businesses by members of the LGBT community. Finally, part of the proceeds will also go to Future Faces and their efforts to develop sustainable solutions to decrease waste production.

Lovingly Laura

Let’s face it, reformulations can be scary sometimes. When a product is so iconic and well-loved, could it really get any better? Laura Mercier thinks so. After months of study and 67 rejected reformulations, the brand has finally found the perfect upgrade from their 1996 classic. The new Laura Mercier Tinted Moisturizer Natural Skin Perfector Broad Spectrum SPF 30 Sunscreen ($47) may be a mouthful to say but it’s definitely going to be a new makeup fave!

Formulated with macadamia, kukui seed oils, and tamarind seed extract, this new tint aims to keep skin hydrated for 24 hours with antioxidant protection to boot! The SPF was also boosted up to SPF 30, and the shade range has been expanded to include 20 new shades. Perfect for every skin type, the sheer and natural finish is what made it the staple it is today (and will definitely continue to be). The packaging also looks sleeker and more modern. Get your hands on the new Laura Mercier Tinted Moisturizer starting September 25!
