Hair heroes: Moringa-O² Herbal Shampoo, Conditioner, and Relaxing Serum

Given my fine strands unfortunately prone to hair fall, I'm always on the look out for products that can help me strengthen my hair. I've been trying out the Moringa-O² Herbal Shampoo, Conditioner, and Relaxing Serum these last few weeks and I'm pleasantly surprised that they've been good for my hair. My mom loves this line too! We both have fine hair so we share products often. I gave her a sample set a couple of weeks ago and she raved about it when I saw her last week!

My favorite is the Moringa-O² Herbal Shampoo with Argan Oil (P180 for 200ml). This is a clear light green shampoo that gently cleanses hair and has a sweet fruity floral scent. Unlike other clear shampoos, this doesn't make my hair feel like a bush once it dries. It softens like a creamy shampoo but without the heaviness of that type of formula.

It removes dirt, oil, and buildup thoroughly, too. Does it prevent hair fall? I haven't noticed the prevention part, but my hair does look like it has more volume. For P180 a bottle, I'm pretty happy with this. I feel like my hair is a lot less stressed whenever I use this.

The Moringa-O² Herbal Conditioner (P180 for 200ml) is something I use less often. I don't apply conditioners regularly anyway, since they usually weigh down my hair. Once or twice a week is enough for me! The Moringa-O² conditioner pairs well with the shampoo, naturally. It revitalizes my hair when it starts to feel dry.

I feel that the argan oil helps to nourish and strengthen my hair. I love AO for my skin so I'm pleased that argan-infused hair products also work for me. I hear some break out from this particular ingredient - do you?

Finally, I've got the Moringa-O² Herbal Hair Relaxing Serum++ (P200 for 55ml). This is a leave-on product that helps tame frizz and flyaways without the stiffness. It smooths out hair nicely and never feels greasy. It's pretty nice! It feels very similar to my HG Kerastase hair serum which costs around 2.000 bucks.

You'll remember that I loved the MoringaO2 Malunggay Herbal Therapy Oil in the green bottle. This is a richer version of it specifically for the hair!

It has a stronger sweet fruity floral scent though, so I suppose it also functions as a hair fragrance. That's good news if you love the scent, but not so good if you don't. As always, it comes down to preference. I don't mind the fragrance personally. ^_^

This can be used on damp or dry hair. A little goes a long way, so apply sparingly and only at the middle-to-tip parts of your hair.

Overall, I'm happy with the Moringa-O² Herbal hair line. They're affordable and they work as promised; they're also a great alternative to more harsh commercial products. ^_^
