IN2IT Moisture Intense Lipstick in Pink Alarm

One time, while I was browsing the IN2IT lipstick display, the sales lady told me "Ma'am, you should try this shade, it's what models ask for!" It doesn't really take much to impress me so off I went with this hot pink number. Is it any good? Well duh, it's IN2IT! This brand never fails to come up with great products that won't hurt the wallet.

The IN2IT Moisture Intense Lipstick in Pink Alarm (P375) is a bright, blue-based hot pink lipstick. It's one of those quietly popular things that are always sold out! I can see why, for other than the eye-catching color, the lipstick itself has no smell, no taste, and no overly-thick feel characteristic of drugstore lipsticks. Maybe that's why it's a bit more expensive than average.

The tube is  silver with some curly print. I like that it has a little heft and a satisfying, snug click to it. Again, not something you'd usually find in drugstore lippies.

Pink Alarm is a loud, blue-based pink that should flatter most skintones. I've read that it's similar to NARS Schiap, but I don't have that lippie for comparison at the moment.

Tip: Wear hot pink lipsticks with a copper or gold eyeliner! I'm using a P150 eyeliner here from Essence called Bling Bling. They make a pretty combination, I find. Just thicken up your lashes to frame your eyes as if you're wearing black eyeliner too.

The Moisture Intense Lipstick formula isn't really very moisturizing, nor is it drying. Wear a lick of lip balm first - not too much, to benefit from the staying power of this color. It's quite opaque and it stains well so expect it to be on your lips for a good four hours, as long as you don't eat! Drinking is fine.

What don't I like about this, hm. The color fades from the center when you eat. It looks awkward so check before leaving your seat.

Overall, the IN2IT Moisture Intense Lipstick in Pink Alarm is a good buy. It has great pigmentation, staying power, and packaging for a drugstore lipstick. Once again, IN2IT exceeds expectations! I would definitely check out the other shades from this line next time. ^_^

Soooo do you have this lipstick already? Is this something you'd buy?
