Commenter of the Month for April and May gift

Hi y'all! I finally have the commenter of the month for April - Ohms! Congratulations, you just won a Pinkbox mini-closet! Please email your full name and mobile number to liz [at] projectvanity.com. As stated in the terms, you can either pick up the closet in the Pinkbox office or have it shipped to your address. :)

So, for the May gift I'm giving away generous samples from Clinique and a full-sized Chubby Stick in Two Ton Tomato. I love the Chubby Sticks, and I'm sure you will too! They're easy-to-wear lip colors that you literally just swipe and go, while also taking care of your lips. There's also a smaller size of the Chubby Stick in Super Strawberry (the best-selling shade) for you to enjoy. ;)

Oh, please don't forget to like Clinique Philippines on Facebook to get up to speed on the brand's latest breakthroughs!

Okay, same mechanics as before! Every month, I'll pick a commenter on my blog. She must be able to leave useful comments, such as sharing feedback about a product I reviewed. It can be a "thank you" comment, or maybe a really good question (I love good questions). A big factor would be the frequency of the reader's comments. Does she always visit? Does she read through the site? At the end of the day though, I always value quality more than quantity. Consistency is key.

Comment away! Am hoping to hear from you. ;) I'll pick the winner by mid-June.

PS Past winners of my Commenter of the Month gift are usually not allowed to win again. However, I want to lift that condition for this round. If you already won CoM, you can try for it once more. Good luck!

Wow cool lip color balm! Unique , huh. But Sometimes I encounter such problems with lippies. Minsan kasi nagbubuo buo sya sa lips. Sometimes even when I exfoliated my lips, I still encounter this icky situation. Any tips? Thanks Miss Liz <3

Hi LIz! I've been reading your blogs for months now. Thanks for the useful tips especially for your reviews on lipsticks. Now I have a guide on which lippies are worth trying. Before, I am not used to wearing them, since I thought they would make my lips even bigger :) Ever since I tried putting on some color on my lips, I noticed that I'm getting more compliments. More reviews on your fave lippies please? Thanks!

Wow! Im a big fan of clinique specially their chubby stick (super strawberry) and also their eye&lip makeup remover! the chubby stick is super moisturizing, i love it! but like other lip balms it easily fade so you have to re-apply it... I dont mind I love applying it... I remember last Christmas, I got this chubby stick as a gift for my sister (in watermelon)

I've tried Revlon lip butter cuz it looks like a dupe for this clinique chubby stick, but so far it doesn't wow me. Why don't you do a comparison between the two. I would love to know your take on it. It will be great and useful for noob like me. Teehee~ =)

I really want to try clinique skincare products, this could be my chance :) i just want to ask, how would u compare the skincare products of clinique, mario badescu, and kiehls. Ive read good reviews about those brands, but i dunno which really works best. I have a sensitive, acne prone, and oily skin :(

Hi, Liz! I'm an avid reader of your blog but this is my first to post a comment.

I'm a loyal Clinique user and I feel like I have to share and attest to the effectiveness of Clinique products. :) I've been using Clinique's 3-step skincare system (cleanser, toner, and moisturizer) for several years already and this hasn't failed me. I've recently added the Moisture Surge gel to my beauty regimen as well (after reading it from your blog) and I apply it at night. I feel super hydrated when I wake up in the morning and it seems like I found my holy grail moisturizer! I have yet to purchase the Chubby Sticks but I've tried some samples and loved them! Moisturizing with cute colors and packaging. :) I've been eyeing on their Pore Refining Solutions line for quite some time but haven't really budgeted it yet. Maybe soon!

Can't wait to try out new products from my trusted brand Clinique! :)

For Liz's readers, go and try Clinique product samples. You won't regret it! :)

Hi! Liz, I've been following ur blog for a while now & I must say I enjoy & find it informative. Lately, I find my skin getting drier each day & it makes my pore very visible. My question is what will be your approach in applying powder foundation that will not looked cracked on my face. (I'm not very fond of using liquid foundation as I don't like sticky thing on my face) Thank you

congrats to the winner! I've read so many great reviews about the Clinique Chubby Sticks, I just can't shell out some moolah for one right now.... hehehe Hopefully I'd win one of your Commenter of the Month awards soooon. More power to Project Vanity ^_^

May 15, 2013 | Unregistered CommenterHollie

Im so excited! Clinique products are expensive but effective.

May 15, 2013 | Unregistered CommenterJoMaEli

@Bahiyah I dont think the revlon lip butter is the dupe for clinique chubby stick, maybe you're referring to the balm stain. I haven't tried the chubby stick yet but so far i'm loving my balm stain, not drying at all and it leaves a pretty decent stain which lasts for hours.
