Promod brings French fashion to Bonifacio High Street Central

I'm in Bonifacio High Street at least three times a week. It's where I grab my favorite drink (Happy Lemon!), walk my dog, run errands, eat dinner every so often. It's one of my favorite places to hang out but I've always wished that there were more shopping choices. I only like the shoe and bag stores there; when it came to clothes, there wasn't anything spectacular.

Until Vogue Concepts opened new stores, that is. :) Bonifacio High Street Central is becoming the next high-street (get it?) shopping mecca. The latest addition is Promod, the French fashion brand! With this new opening, Promod now has 10 stores in the Philippines.

I've talked about Promod many, many times before. Bottomline is, it's a great place to look for on-trend but never tacky pieces to make your existing wardrobe come alive. They also have dresses in classic cuts, as well as the basics like shorts and cotton tops.

This season, Promod presented six key looks that is sure to tickle your stylish imagination. Check them out!

SAINT TROPEZ. Who says summer is over? Mix and match playful pieces with white and  pastel shades that keep you looking and feeling fresh, just like what you need on a hot summer day!

ALLURE COCKTAIL. Simple shapes, fluid materials, geometric decors enhanced by twinkling sequins in a range of powdery and blush shades that give a chic and sophisticated appeal for every women’s night out.

ETHNO METAL. Accentuate your silhouette with a range of shades borrowed from the desert enhanced with mineral reflections. Box jackets, long skirts, shorts and cropped metallic accessories are punctuated with high-shine and playful elements of lurex.

FLUOS. Neon is in! Pop some lively fluorescent hues into your daily outfit. Look fashionable in casual and sporty pieces that will make you stand out in the crowd.

SUMMER ROCK.  This season’s fashion pieces are inspired by rock stars! Create a chic rock look with positive/negative graphic designs where black and white runs the show.

VAUDOU. Tribal and ethnic. Create an artistic look with sleek cuts and maxi dresses with elegant ethnic patterns.

Love the looks! And here are some people who were at the Promod launch:

Lissa Kahayon and Vern Enciso lookin' good, as usual!

The lovely Nikki Tiu

Jeff Songco of Thinline and Rainier Dagala, Meg Fashion Editor, play the dapper gentlemen

Me! Wearing a Forever 21 blazer, Wacoal corset, Landmark skirt, and Ferretti heels

Can you guess what I got? Oh it's only something I've been mooning about for a while now...a full-on sequined jacket!

It's P3,500. Pricey but really nice! Thanks Promod! Now, don't forget to visit them at Bonifacio Highstreet Central (beneath Aria) and follow the Promod Philippines Facebook Page. :)
