Commenter of the Month for September and October Gift

It was a difficult decision as many of you were commenting almost everyday, so what I did was, I put all the names in a bowl and picked one randomly. So! The winner is Jaja. Okay, same mechanics as before! Every month, I'll pick a commenter on my blog. She must be able to leave useful comments, such as sharing feedback about a product I reviewed. It can be a "thank you" comment, or maybe a really good question (I love good questions). A big factor would be the frequency of the reader's comments. Does she always visit? Does she read through the site? At the end of the day though, I always value quality more than quantity. Consistency is key.

I grew up using Avon cosmetics as my aunt, my cousin, and my older sister are all Avon Ladies and we have the brochure in the house every month. :)

I am an avon dealer. I've tried and tested their products. So far so good especially their cosmetics line. I love the avon company and their products because they come up with really innovative and saleable products. I don't need to market hard just to have sales, the customers will come naturally. Oh, the gift you have for your october commenter is very "bongga". the lucky winner will be very lucky to have it.. and of course, deserving!

oh my such a massive loot! i remember using avon since i was a kid. my mom was a dealer and i always played with her avon makeups (im a makeup lover at such a young age =p) my long time favorite is actually the lip and cheek tint, i love how it give a nice pop of color to my face naturally to avoid looking pale. i always order every time i ran out. then ms. liz reviewed the umr rose lipstick and i was so smitten i even sent my mom a couple of that and she loves it too (my mom is now working in dubai) my fond memories with avon is endless. the winner will be very luck. i'd be happy with just the 8 umr rose lipstick. so more power to ms. liz and project vanity. may the best girl win =P

Long time lurker here. Haha. I have been reading this blog for a while now but I just have to comment on this post because Avon products are super near to my heart as I bought my first cosmetics from Avon when I was in high school. They have great but affordable products that are worth skipping a few meriendas for. Lol Congratulations, JaJa!

wow! Honestly, lately, I've been hooked on Avon products!
I bought 5 lipsticks from avon! I'm a student, btw, so that much ain't really good for my wallet! But it was well worth it! Before picking the shades of the lipsticks that I bought, I visited your post on the UMR rose lippies almost everyday! Seryoso, no joking, EVERYDAY. I would be so giddy on what shade I would choose, and how it would look like on my skin(we have different skin tones). Your post super helped me choose the shades I bought.
BTW, I'm fair skinned, and as of the moment, Amelia Rose and Blushing bride rose looks so good on me!! Thank you talaga sa advice.
Anyways, I DO have a question. I've been using the UMR rose lippies for almost 3 weeks. I noticed that my lips are getting darker. Do avon lippies have ingredients that would really darken lips, or is it just me? PLEASE HELP! I need help on whether I should take a breather using the lippies, or to just put on my chaptsick. Do lips naturally darken? PLEASE HELP!! :)

Your blog has helped me with most of my purchases and all of them are now staples in my kikay kit. Your reviews proved that products with great quality need not be expensive just like Avon. =) I love their Ultra Moisture Rich Rose Lipstick especially the shade Amelia Rose, it's very versatile apply it lightly and your lips will have that perfect healthy tint add a swipe or two and you'll have that more polished look sometimes I also use it as a cream blush for that healthy flush of color on my cheeks. I have read your review on their Ideal Luminous Blushes hope to try those too soon. =)
What a generous prize! I hope to win all these since Avon products are very practical and suitable for a college girl like me. They make you stand out just the right amount, not too much. And in my experience, avon lipsticks are also long-lasting so you don't have to reapply every other class. I have saved my baon everyday a few months back to buy ultra moisture rich rose in blushing bride, and its blooming slightly MLBB shade is perfect for the university. What other shades, Ms. Liz, do you suggest? I hope to save enough money to buy them. :)
