Ask Liz! > Clogged Pores?
Hi Cam, a facial each month is still the most effective way! A mud mask each week is also a nice way to decongest pores.

Hi Cam, I'm also bothered by my blackheads. My issue with using a harsh scrub is that it tends to enlarge my pores; ,my issue with a mild scrub is that it is ineffective most of the time in clearing away those comedones. So I tried making my own facial scrub by using (used) ground coffee. I've been doing this for almost 10 days now and I've observed that my blackheads totally disappeared after each wash without enlarging my pores. Of course the blackheads reappear by the end of the day but they are not as bad as before and cleaning my pores is easier and quicker this time. What works for me may not work for anyone else but I want to share this personal experience so you'll have more ideas and options. :-)

My skin is ok from afar but I actually have quite a few clogged pores I wanted to get rid off, exfoliating helps but doesn't really fix the problem. My problem is similar to Xiaxue's and I really really want to get a hold of that Cellnique (now B Liv brand "Off With Those Heads") but I can't find it anywhere in Manila. :C

Do you know or reccomend any treatment or products I could use to decongest my pores and have a finer skin tone?
