Hi Cheska! Milani Liquif’Eye Metallic Eye Liner is cheap but has excellent reviews. People go as far as saying this is actually a dupe for the pricier Urban Decay eye liners. I know they have it Beauty Bar and a pencil should not cost you more than 500 pesos. Sorry, could not be exact as I got mine from my mom-in-law who's in the US.:-)

Though I hope you would consider the MAC Fluidline, it simply is the best.

Or you can try the Tony Moly Backstage Gel liner..yep for the waterline. you will need a brush though as I don't find the brush that it came with friendly.. It's budge-proof and less than 500 pesos.
And it definitely shows up and won't disappear.
I use jojoba oil to remove eye make-up, gel liner included.

Hi, what in your opinion is the most long lasting drugstore eyeliner for waterlines? This has been my problem for ages. Normal eyeliners just don't work for me. They smudge easily and don't stay as long as I want them to. I am currently using NYX pencil eyeliner. Preferably cheap (below P1,000) pls :) Thank you
